Mom & Me Classes
Get some extra cuddle time with your baby while you workout and meet other moms. Exercises are safe for prenatal and post natal mommas. Siblings and dad are also welcome to tag along. You can wear babe in a carrier or have them beside you.
We offer the following Mom & Me classes:
NEW! Tabata & Core
Shorter bursts working as hard as you can. Tabata is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) class where you work at your max for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds and repeat for 8 rounds. Trust me you'll be sweating! The last portion of class will focus on core work that is safe for pre and post natal.
A friendlier version of the military style workout. We will work on increasing strength, stamina and endurance. Get ready to sweat!
A barre class without the barre. Utilizing resistance bands, light weights and pilates ball you'll work muscles you never knew you had! A full body workout that will improve your balance, strength and tone the entire body. No dance experience needed.
