NEW! Tabata & Core
Shorter bursts working as hard as you can. Tabata is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) class where you work at your max for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds and repeat for 8 rounds. Trust me you'll be sweating! The last portion of class will focus on core work.
It's a Love / Hate Relationship
Sweat it out during this dynamic and challenging workout that targets all your muscle groups for a full body workout. Options are given for all fitness levels. Everyone works at their own pace to reach their goals - absolutely no judgement. You probably won't like me very much for the hour but you definitely will after!
A barre class without the barre. Utilizing resistance bands, light weights and pilates ball you'll work muscles you never knew you had! A full body workout that will improve your balance, strength and tone the entire body. No dance experience needed.
